What is the capacity of your Venues?
Our Venues can accommodate 99 to 300 guests for both ceremony and reception. We offer various indoor and outdoor spaces to suit your needs.
Trinity Hall - 300 guests
Covenant Hall - 99 guests
What is included in the rental fee?
The rental fee includes exclusive use of the venue, tables and chairs, linens, décor, setup and teardown of T3V items, up lightening, a bridal suite, a groom’s loft, event coordination, and access to our beautiful grounds for photos.
Do you offer in-house catering, or can we bring our own caterer?
We have preferred caterers that offer a range of menu options to suit your preferences. If you prefer, you can bring in an outside caterer for an additional fee, provided they are licensed and insured.
What is your policy on alcohol?
We have a fully licensed bar and offer a premium bar package to suit your needs. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. We will work with you to set a payment schedule and require the balance to be paid 30 days before the event. In case of cancellation, please refer to our contract for specific terms and conditions.
Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?
Yes, we have an indoor space available to accommodate your ceremony and reception in case of inclement weather. Our wedding coordinator will work with you to create a seamless backup plan.
How early can we access the venue on the day of the wedding?
You can access the venue starting at 10 AM on the day of your wedding, allowing plenty of time for setup and preparations. If you are needing an earlier start time, this can be discussed with your Coordinator.
Can we schedule a tour of the Venues?

Can we have both the ceremony & reception at your venue?
Yes, our venue is perfect for hosting both your ceremony and reception. We have beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces available to create a seamless transition between the two.
Is there a dressing area for the bride & groom?
Yes, we have a stunning bridal suite and a luxurious groom's loft in both Trinity Hall and Covenant Hall. Both Venues have all the amenities you need to prepare and relax before the ceremony. Trinity Hall is equipped with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower in both the Bridal and Grooms suite.
Do you provide an on-site wedding coordinator?
Yes, we provide a dedicated wedding coordinator who will assist you from the planning stages through the end of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Are there any restrictions on decorations?
We allow most types of decorations but have some restrictions to ensure the safety and preservation of our venue. For example, open flames are not permitted unless in a cylinder vase, and any hanging decorations must be approved in advance.
Do you offer parking for guests?
Yes, we have ample parking available for your guests, including designated spaces for handicapped parking.
Can we have live music or a DJ?
Yes, licensed and insured musicians and DJs are welcome.
Are pets allowed at the Venues?
We warmly welcome pets for the ceremony and photos, provided they are leashed and attended at all times. For the safety and comfort of our employees and guests, pets must be removed from the property once the ceremony and photography sessions are complete. Please discuss your plans with us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your furry friends.
Do you have nightly accommodations?
Yes, we have a beautifully remodeled 1866 farmhouse on property that offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, living space, dining room, and an outdoor patio. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. If the farmhouse is already booked, we also provide a list of preferred Airbnb’s and local hotels for nightly accommodations.
